About Duke Defense Consulting

Steven Duke (aka “Duke”) is a former U.S. Army Colonel with 25 years of operational experience and more than 15 years in defense industry business development, capture, and operations.

 

He has led capture efforts and supported wins across a range of defense programs, including training, test and evaluation, and range operations, with experience shaping and executing on hundreds of millions of dollars in contract opportunities.

 

Through Duke Defense Consulting, he works with defense companies to focus their pipeline, strengthen positioning, and make better pursuit decisions—helping them win the right work, not just chase more of it.


His experience spans Army, Missile Defense, and Space programs, including test and evaluation, LVC-G training environments, and range operations.
